Description
The global security landscape is undergoing rapid flux in which nuclear strategy, proliferation and disarmament challenges are increasingly impacted by radical political discourse. Major powers competition is intensifying the breakdown of traditional norms and alliances, while challenging strategic stability and contributing to ever greater regional proliferation pressures. At the same time, disruptive technologies and domestic politics are redefining global order and magnifying nuclear risks. The ISODARCO 2027 Winter Course presents an invaluable opportunity for students and experts to examine these dynamics in depth and gain a deeper understanding of our volatile world.
